Returns & Refunds
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
Requesting a return
Email info@kayeeayurveda.com with your order number, reason, and photographs within 7 days. Products opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return.
Approval and pickup
Our team will review the request and share the next steps. Do not ship products back before receiving instructions. Approved returns must be packed securely with included accessories.
Refunds and exchanges
After inspection, an approved refund is issued to the original online payment method. COD refunds are arranged after we receive the required bank or UPI details. Refund timing depends on the payment provider.
