We collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order details, and payment status when needed to process and support an order. Razorpay handles payment details; Kayee Ayurveda does not store card or UPI credentials.

We use information to fulfil orders, send service updates, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, and send marketing only where permitted. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and retention
We share only the information needed with payment, delivery, email, hosting, and image-service providers that help operate the store. We retain order and tax records for the period required for business and legal purposes.
